Le Nid de Juno Beach - Vue mer, plage à 350m
Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming studio apartment with a mezzanine and sea view for rent in the town of Courseulles-sur-Mer, 350 meters from the beach. It has a surface area of 16 m² and can accommodate up to two guests. Located on the 4th floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely 16 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom (shower). Wi-Fi is available. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 16 m² living room with sea view, including a sofa bed (1 bedding), TV, and a dining area for two
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave, electric oven, toaster, hotplates, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, etc.
- A small bathroom with shower and toilet

The apartment is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
During your stay, you can enjoy many activities within walking distance of the apartment: walking or cycling along the coast, visiting the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, casino, or even a visit to the Juno Beach Museum.
The D-Day beaches are also accessible by car from the accommodation.
There is a beautiful market in the center of Courseulles on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private outdoor parking lot, which can accommodate one vehicle.
