“We enjoyed our stay here. It's across the parking lot from the casino which isn't a problem because it's a short walk or they have a bus to pick you up for free. The room was very clean amd the staff was very friendly.”

“I enjoyed this little boutique hotel. Very comfortable clean room with small kitchen that was perfect to reheat some leftovers and enjoy tea in the morning. It’s in a great location for access to downtown shopping and restaurants. There wasn’t a TV in my room but not a big deal for me. I enjoyed reading and working on the I pad. Internet service was good. My only small suggestion would be that they put dimmers on the light switches, it was a little too bright at night in the living area. I will……

“Your staff has to work around some cracks in the amenities you all provide. The morning coffee was lukewarm. I was told the coffee machine in the back kitchen was malfunctioning. We asked for Chardonnay, and they were out of it. On the flip side, the staff was terrific, from the front desk, to housekeeping to bar service.”

My expectations were low but this place is worse than I could have imagined. I felt dirty and disgusting by merely entering the room. I returned the key and told the front desk person I could not stay there and offered to show him the room to see if he would stay there. He……

“Overall, good value. Bathroom sink had an interior crack running from the top to the drain plug. We took a photo, and showed it to the front desk. They told us that they would have Maintenance come to look at the next day. That never occurred. This matter is worrisome, since they have the guest initial for any damage to the room, that they are allowed to charge to your credit card. This damage in the sink was there for some time due to the discoloration in crack. Breakfast is meager on……
