Half hour drive to Mirepoix and Foix with their medieval charm, good markets and restaurants. Foix in particular has great places to eat. Would recommend this accommodation"

"We found the accommodation well equipped. Location was ideal food shop across the road. Major supermarket Super U 500 metres away. Parking outside was ok as no traffic wardens .....2 doors down was a Boulangie , next door cheese shop. In the main square plenty of restruarants and local market on Monday morning well worth a visit. Good communication with owner."

"This is a lovely house; it is superbly equipped and maintained and it has a great garden, full of evening sunshine. Everything about the accommodation was excellent, and we are really grateful to have been able to stay here. The village also offers exceptional activities. You can hike in the forests and mountains nearby (no car needed) or travel a short distance to local towns, which are full of the most beautiful buildings, from different periods (Gallo-roman to the present). "It was very hot when we visited so the very well equipped and cool sitting room (plus an excellent pool) was most welcome. Nice touches throughout eg providing shower gel, shampoo etc and large pool towels which is not a common occurrence. Area is very quiet and peaceful - bucolic probably sums it up. Very helpful owners."

"nice apartment near a small river in a rural mountain region. Good support from the Mike who was renting the place. Lots of information on what to do in the region present. We liked the hiking in the surrounding."

"Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern. Es ist zwar ein altes Haus aber hat trotzdem sehr viel Charme. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider hatten wir nicht so viel Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass wir den Pool und Hottub nur eingeschränkt nutzen konnten.Als Kritikpunkt möchte ich dennoch die Anfahrt zu dem Haus erwähnen. Hier sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass die Anfahrt zu dem Anwesen sehr eng ist und es fast keine Wendemöglichkeit gibt. Wir haben nach dem Auspacken deshalb unser Auto...

"We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Casa Llop. Check-in was easy, the place was clean with a nice view, and the kitchen was well stocked. Having two bedrooms/baths was perfect for traveling with our friends. We definitely hope to come back."
