"If your looking to slow down, switch off and do nothing but take on the incredible view then this is the place for you. Breakfast was amazing. Given we were only there 2 nights and only restaurant is Eden this wasnt a problem. If we were to stay longer we would have striggled as menu is limited but given we require halal options we are even more restricted to fish and pasta if that

"We stayed in this wonderful villa as a family of 17 people (our ages ranged from a 1-year-old to a 78-year-old): it was the perfect place for us.The swimming pool is lovely, clean and spacious, and our children had endless fun in it. The setting is incredibly scenic and the views of the sea are beautiful. The kitchen was clean and well maintained. The air conditioned bedrooms were large and smartly designed. The spacious living areas are fully air conditioned and enabled us all to dine together. We also appreciated how quiet, peaceful and safe the Urbanització neighbourhood was. Being in a rural setting, it is an area that requires people to drive, especially if you have a large group. However, the surrounding small towns and beaches are must sees. And you have to visit ‘Bar Restaurante - Es Portitxol’ for dinner, which is at the top of the neighbourhood and a five minute walk from the villa, as we enjoyed one of our most memorable nights there.The villa’s host was reassuringly communicative in the lead up and throughout our stay and he always responded to any questions we had. A special mention must go to Julian & his family, who are the host’s neighbourhood staff who help manage the property. Julian was exceptionally helpful and friendly, responding proactively to every request we had about the house. Knowing he was on hand to help made a real difference to our stay. It’s a very special place and I highly recommend an extended stay."

"Great value, the house not modern and we had some issues in the bathroom, communication with the host is not the best. But I would recommend this house, this is the best views you will get in Ibiza, sunsets are amazing. It is a bit far from downtown, but not too bad. Overall great experience if you value the views."
