“Stay was amazing and staff were very helpful. However, it was little towards pricy because you have to pay for each and everything in the room that you use. Other than that it was a great hotel to stay.”

“Upon entering my room, I noticed an intense, damp smell. Shortly after, I discovered that the carpet near the window and under the air conditioning unit was completely drenched. Because I checked in late (around 1:00 AM), I decided to sleep and address it the next day. When I notified the front desk the following morning, they were entirely dismissive. They did not take a formal report or show any concern. I seriously doubt the issue has been resolved. I would not recommend staying here.”

“Everything was great. Breakfast was ample and had a nice variety of ifems My only negative was the fact that the desk clerk gave the room number out loud. Not only to me but to the previous guest. I have traveled as a single women on many business trips and would have requested another room and only a written number on the key envelope. Luckily both the previous quest (who I did not know) and myself were with our husbands. I was also not thrilled at a trip jar in the breakfast room. ”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“The rooftop bar and pool were amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The hotel is very clean. The only complaint would be that there was no coffee maker in the room. We had to go to the coffee shop in lobby and pay for coffee.”

“Great place to stay! Love the price! The location is okay - hard to get to of you've never been before - a lot of one way roads so if you pass it you have to turn around. I would definitely consider to stay here again if I needed to. The hotel lobby, room, and lands were very clean. There is an outside pool - one reason we chose to stay here - but we weren't able to swim "due to maintenance" so it was a little upsetting for my smaller crew. 4 stars because there wasn't a notice given prior to……
