It is an older cottage w quirks of an older house w original bathroom w no mirror, steep staircase to basement off the kitchen, small TV, but great for playing some games and close place to sleep/shower.”

“I have stayed in many rentals over the years and we have always had nice experiences however, our experience with the cottage in Coventry was off the charts...EXCELLENT. We were in town for UConn's Parents Weekend and opted for a rental this time vs a hotel. So happy we did! The cottage was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, warm, so cozy with wonderful little touches everywhere. “Excellent lakefront property, We were greeted with beautiful views of the lake as well as a bottle of wine, welcome card and a crackers and cheese plate. The kitchen has everything you could need and more. So many supplies, spices, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. We stayed here for college visit to UConn, which was so close. We all had an excellent relaxing time and hope to retune again soon!!”

“Loved our stay here. We found the cottage to be very welcoming. Everything was very organized with instructions for all the appliances, pellet stove, and tvs easily accessible. The main bedroom was nice and comfortable. The four season room was so inviting. The pellet stove kept the cottage very warm and the fire was so soothing. The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances were all new and in great working order. During our stay it rained almost all week so we did not get to use the outdoor……

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This cottage perfect for two people. The location has all the amenities you could ask for. Climbing up and down the 43 steps to cottage can be tiring especially for the elderly. There is Liquer store very close buy and grocery store within 5 miles. I must say that prices there very high, but in no way does that reflect on owner. We certainly are looking forward to coming back for another stay.”

“We stayed here for a long weekend with our UCONN student to give him a change of scenery and to spend some quality time with him. The Bungalow is conveniently close to campus, warmly decorated and has lots of activities to foster quality family time and memories. My son especially enjoyed adventuring out on the lake with the kayaks. There are also many hiking trails nearby that we enjoyed.”

We only wish it was summer so we could take advantage of the beach and water toys. We would definitely consider staying here again if we head that way to visit family again in Connecticut.”
