“The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our group of six adults. However, we didn’t receive check-in instructions until after the official check-in time, which caused some stress. We gained access about 30 minutes late.One of the room doors had a faulty lock, and unfortunately, two of the ladies got trapped inside. The facility manager had to enter through the window to break the door open, which made us late for our event. Sadly, the manager’s response was quite rude and……

“We had an instant booking for this property in Coventry. We messaged host leading up to the trip and received no response. Day of we attempted multiple contacts along with VRBO representative. We ended up being stuck at the Coventry train station with 4 kids and no place to stay since all the inns/hotels in the area were sold out for a concert. Highly disappointed in the whole experience. I would not book this spot or recommend even attempting it after our experience.”
