"The room was clean, but the thing that stood out was the attention given to us by the staff. They were always friendly asking if everything was great and was there anything we needed we would definitely stay there again."

"The place was welcoming. We had a great stay and would definitely come back. The only things we had trouble with was trying to figure out how to work the heating system and that they had no spoons in the kitchen cabinet and no coffee maker. We also had a hard time trying to remember two codes…one for the outside door and one for our main room. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"We had a great stay in New Castle. The house is located right of the main road but, it still felt private and secluded. The amenities outside really made this location. Great areas to relax and enjoy nature. There is an adorable coffee shop in town that serves breakfast and lunch. Roanoke is a 40 minute drive from town. I traveled with my elderly father so, we did not hike any of Jefferson National Forests. We are hoping to travel back in when it’s warmer to the joy the property and area more. "
