「Clean rooms and common area, decent breakfast, close to dining. Very friendly staff」

「The carpet in the room was a little sticky. The bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed that the room smelled like smoke despite the fact that it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The continental breakfast in the morning was okay. Overall I got what I paid for.」

The desk people and breakfast staff told everyone to be careful on their trip, and to have a great day with a smile. We will definitely stay there again.」

「We went through Expedia to pay for 3 rooms but when we got there Best Western said we had only booked 1 room so we had to pay for the rooms again…very frustrating- even showed the hotel our receipt with payment to Expedia. Will not be going to Best Western again.」

「The AC was great, parking was ample. The structure and the room were a little shabby and in need of some repair/maintenance work, but sufficient for our one night stay. The tub was odd, it was very slippery and seemed very narrow, had to be very careful not to slip. For the price I would visit again for a short stay.」

「The property was clean. Breakfast was great. Pool was closed on day #1 of our stay, but did open day #2 late in the day. Fresh cookies provided at front desk -- they were great. Our biggest complaint was that they didn't have enough staff to clean rooms. We left about 9:30 am for an event. We got back at 5pm. Our room had not been touched. The front desk staff said they had 18 check-outs and the lone cleaner had to do all those rooms first. She finally got to our room about 6pm. We were hot &...

「Omgoodness this place is absolutely amazing!!! We went for a spiritual journey and it was perfect!! The lake & water fall creek with seats sitting in the water was perfect for my reading and meditating. It is absolutely beautiful!!! They had a concert Saturday night, we didn't go to the actual concert but was right beside it and they were fabulous!! Great place to stay! We will definitely return. Thank you so much for everything!」

「The room was very spacious, I loved the vintage looking shower. Water pressure was good and hot water was consistent. Didn't find an ice machine but that is all I was missing because the sweet old man who I think owns it made sure we were taken care of!!! He even brought us a microwave. It was the perfect price and distance to retreat away from working bonnaroo in Manchester」
