Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot for a holiday. Only a short walk to the beach. A bit of a walk to the street, but we made it our daily walk with a coffee break down the street before heading back.The house has stairs inside and outside, so keep this in mind if you have a toddler that will be staying with you. I think more gates are needed for safety purposes. Our little girl was attracted to the steps. Over all we loved our stay. Thankyou

Great getaway

Had everything we needed, just a stroll down to boat ramp. Big house, would definitely suit 2 families. Big yard. Older but clean and tidy. Would go back.

Cowes Summer Holiday

Great location and size of the property and house was perfect for two families. Unfortunately, the games room with table tennis and pool table was not available / ready for our stay which was the main reason we picked this property. We weren't informed of the unavailability / readiness until I collected the keys from the office. Regardless of this we had a good stay and found the separate lounge rooms with TV's perfect for kids and adults to have down time.

First time we have gone through Stayz. Found the whole experience pretty positive. This location was close to shops and beach. Room configuration was not what was expected but still worked. Was a shame could not use the pool table due to the damage. Would recommend and use again. Just hope next time the weather is better.

Lovely property, close to the beach, pet friendly & well fenced for both children & pets

Nice clean well fenced for the fur babies & was nice & close to the beach. Had all amenities one would need home away from home. Shame the pool table & table tennis needs some tlc so we didn’t use those. Would definitely recommend the property to others & would stay again.
