Nice Holiday Stay

Great quiet relaxing location, perfect for family holiday. Very functional house with plenty of bed and entertainment for rainy days. Only downside is bed is kinda soft but might be just me.

Cowes stay 35th Birthday Celebrations

House was great , except could do with a good clean of windows and fly screens. And really wouldn’t want to stay in summer, as no fans in bedrooms ( and main bedroom up stairs with no cooling )

Couldn't ask for more

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, modern and comfortable. The only thing we needed to bring was bedding and towels. Everything else was supplied, including a coffee machine and capsules. I would highly recommend it to families, my teenagers loved the wifi!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this property for a 4-day, 3-night stay, hoping for a relaxing long weekend away from home. However, our initial impression as soon as we entered was that the property was overpriced considering the amount we paid. Furthermore, we were disappointed to find that no amenities were provided. Properties like these are typically expected to provide a home-away-from-home experience. We had a fantastic experience booking with Airbnb during the Easter break, and in comparison, paying $1500 for this property is not something we would consider in the future.There were additional costs for various services, similar to building contracts, such as extra charges for bedding provision as well as setup. The BBQ provided had grease all over it, which was not ideal. Overall, our experience was not enjoyable, and we feel that for a similar price, we could have booked a better property through Airbnb. We will only consider Airbnb options going forward.

Perfect place

Perfect place for a short trip with friends. Great location. Beautiful view of the lake. Room sizes & configuration was just right for the 4 Adults & 4 young kids. We all stayed in the rooms downstairs which was convenient for kids getting up in the middle of the night looking for their parents. Found some board games & chess board in one of the cupboards. Ended up teaching the older of the kids to play chess on a relaxing afternoon. Overall, great place, would stay again.
