Totally self contained and has features including two bedrooms - four poster queen size bed in main bedroom and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed. Double corner spa in bathroom, large wood fire, reverse cycle air-conditioning and heating, TV, DVD and Stereo system. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and microwave. Laundry, washing machine. An outside BBQ. There is ample off street parking for cars and boats. Rural outlook. There is only a 4 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the shops (or half an hour walk along the beach) 9 minute drive to the Penguin Parade. Occupancy is 4 people, Check-in 3pm or earlier if available, Check-out 11 am or later if available.
