Welcome to Phillip Island Escape! A fresh and modern retreat nestled in charming Cowes on Philip Island. This new home offers a perfect blend of comfort and style. Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests, Phillip Island Escape is an ideal getaway for families, friends, or anyone looking to explore the beauty of Philip Island. Enjoy the serene surroundings and make yourself at home in this delightful haven.
Discover the charm of Phillip Island Escape in Cowes, a delightful double-story abode situated a stone's throw away from the waters on Phillip Island. Designed to evoke the tranquil ambience of the island, this home embodies comfort and convenience.
As you enter, be greeted by the signature hallway leading you to the heart of the house. With five elegantly designed bedrooms, one of which is downstairs, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it perfect for families. Every bedroom is modern and fresh.
For those who love cooking and entertaining, the kitchen is a dream come true. Modern appliances, including a microwave, coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, and stove, ensure enjoyable and effortless meal preparation. Adjacent to the kitchen, the indoor and outdoor dining areas are the perfect spot for intimate dinners or morning brunches.
Take a seat and unwind in the inviting and contemporary living spaces, where relaxation meets modern comfort.
One bedroom is located on the main level with its ensuite.
If you venture upstairs, you will discover another welcoming living and entertainment area.
Upstairs, you'll find four additional spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features its ensuite, and there's an extra bathroom conveniently located on this floor as well.
Enjoy some quiet time in the outdoor dining area. Please note that we don't allow pets.
Convenient parking is provided within the secure confines of the garage.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

All linens and towels will be included for your convenience. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.
We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, including dining options and suggestions for local attractions. Please let us know if you would like a copy of this before your stay, and kindly provide us with your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.
GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process is complete.
Read and accept our terms and conditions, and the Council Short Stay Accommodation Code of Conduct rule applies.
You are required to bring your linen and towels, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a convenient and straightforward way for you to enter and depart the house quickly.
