"Reserved a suite but was told that one wasn’t available at check in. She said they didn’t have to abide by my reservation because it wasn’t made on their site. After some back and forth, they suddenly had a suite available. The room itself was dirty. The bathtub was stained blue. There was used soap with hair on it. The couch had stains on it. "

"The appearance of the hotel and rooms were awesome but our only complaint was the shower had very little shower pressure and not much hot water."

When I called back they said the same thing. I heard people on the gym saying theirs was out too. Then the front desk guy was no help at all and not very friendly at check out. "
