“Staff was Awesome (everyone). Room was just what I wanted, location was perfect. My wife and I travel a lot visiting grand and great grand kids. This is one of the very best hotels we have stayed at. Breakfast was great. We will be staying at this BW whenever we are in the area. Staff could not have been better. Thank You so much. “It was really great except for housekeeping they fixed our bed but didn’t even change the sheets at all and this was a 4 day stay so to not have clean sheets all week wasn’t okay! But other than that it was great”

“Room was dated. Cushion by window was ripped. Blow dryer would only work if you kept the on button pushed in and eventually it started to come off the wall and was hanging by 1 anchor bolt. I deemed it unsafe to use after that. Was not fixed during my 4 day stay. Main electrical outlets did not work and that explained why the clock on the nightstand was unplugged. The previous guest or housekeeping needed it. Breakfast was fine and apparently the lobby just had a remodeled and the rooms……

“The room was clean. However the drain in the bath tub was broken the state of repair was subpar for a newer establishment. The staff was excellent friendly and responsive.”

“Not here to bash anyone, but unfortunately the room was not clean upon arrival. There was visible mold in the shower and on the ceiling above it, which made the space feel unsanitary. Additionally, there were clothing items left behind from a previous guest that were not ours. We paid extra for a larger room expecting a clean and comfortable stay, but this was not the case. Overall, it was disappointing and did not meet basic cleanliness standards”
