“We had a room on the 14th floor of the Tower and it gave a beautiful view of the beach albeit the broken pier was distracting. The Azteca Restaurant was excellent and we utilized the spa within the hotel complex. The hotel and security were polite and helpful.”

“Really beautiful Property partially it looks like it’s still under construction. Although we didn’t hear any construction noise whatsoever. Was a very quiet, beautiful Property with a very fun interesting entrance. The check-in office is strange and is not a traditional check-in but nonetheless, the front desk staff were very nice upon checking in and showing us the property. The restaurant was beautiful but still disappointing. It was very highly priced and the food was in our opinion not good……

“I was very embarrassed by the front desk staff at the time of check out over two small hand towels, i even offered for them to check my bags. I also booked for four guests, they only gave free breakfast for three guests.”

“En general fue una muy buena experiencia. El hotel está bien cuidado, las instalaciones son agradables y el personal fue amable durante nuestra estancia. El único inconveniente fue que solicitamos un upgrade de habitación y, aunque el hotel aparentemente no estaba lleno, nos informaron que no era posible realizarlo. Desconozco el motivo, pero fue un detalle que nos dejó un poco decepcionados, especialmente considerando la disponibilidad que parecía haber. Fuera de ese punto, la estancia fue……

“We arrived for two, two bed reservation Friday evening. Reception seemed okay. Definitely not as clean or presentable as the pictures but no where near as bad as what we saw in the room. Check in took long, fans were not provided as our room didn’t have AC. They told us there would be an 800 peso incidental fee in case anything got dirty, stained or damaged. No big deal it’s the norm. We went to park our car which no longer fit in the covered garage area so we were asked to park in a sketchy lot……
