“This was the perfect place for our quick trip to PGH. Pleasantly surprised by the Mt. Washington area and so many things within walking distance. Easy access to the incline and the city rail system. We had more than enough space for our family of four. Place stayed cool in hot weather and plenty of extra fans as needed. Having the garage to park our vehicle was a bonus as well. Outstanding host!”

“Clean (spotless) inside the home. The exterior however was overgrown grass and weeds. No way to sit outside to even enjoy a cup of coffee. And speaking of coffee I was assured that a coffee maker and filters would be supplied. There was ONE filter. There are other points about the exterior that I could go into more detail including the difficult parking and gaining entry. If you are just looking for a place to rest your head at a good price than this may work for you. Suffice it to say that I……

“We really liked our top floor apartment that was up in the treetops. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved sitting out on the balcony. Our only issue was that several items had not been restocked by the cleaner. The host was very responsive and brought them over the next day. Be aware that there are steep steps up to the top apartment.”

“Nice house. Kitchen well equipped, but has no counter space for preparing a meal for 7 people. Motion sensor faucet in full bath was inconvenient, but shower was good. Keurig coffee maker quit working. After our granddaughter locked us out of all the bedrooms, the owner brought keys to unlock them. Very nice of them. Location close to fireworks view from Grandview park.”

“The house was very cool place - lots of interesting touches, very clean and had everything we needed. The host was so easy to communicate with and provided very clear instructions, which was very important regarding the parking. The location was also perfect - easy walking distance to PNC Park, the River Trail and other landmarks. We would definitely stay here again and are already looking forward to our next visit!!”

“I had a wonderful experience staying here. For the most part, it was quiet and peaceful, and I had no issues during my stay. Communication was smooth and easy throughout the entire process. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

“We had an amazing visit. Chad was incredibly helpful and attentive as a host. The views were beautiful and the accessibility to the Incline to walk to various spots in the city made it even better for our needs as we wanted to get lots of fresh air and see the city. Parking spots behind the property were great! We parked the car for most of our long weekend, moving it only to drive to the strip for breakfast one day. Kitchen area was well appointed (though we did not cook it was nice to see……

“The parking was easy, the rooms were clean, the area was safe and the building was secure, the amenities were nice, and the host was very responsive.”

“Great stay overall - nice, good-sized flat that worked well for two of us over three weeks. Check-in was easy, shower pressure was great, and the location was quiet but an easy walk to public transport and Butler Street. The initial clean could've been more thorough, and a few small maintenance items (missing/cracked blinds, a loose door knob) could use attention. The smart lock's battery died once, but our host noticed quickly and sorted it in no time. Worth knowing: the bed is very soft - some……
