I enjoyed my stay at the Craftsbury Farmhouse very much. It was clean and quiet and a lovely property. The only drawback was not having heat in the tent-cabin and the bathroom is a bit far from the tent-cabin.

Such a great property! My boys loved the creek that is nearby. Our suite was very clean and is great condition. Such a charming stay! Their restaurant was also very good. Overall a great stay!

A wonderful glamping experience! Everything is clean, comfortable, easy and the owners are super friendly/attentive. The place is fairly remote but if you’re looking for a friendly quiet getaway, I highly recommend it. Also the restaurant onsite makes the whole experience that much better!

We had an excellent time at the Craftsbury Farmhouse. I would rate it a five of five, except that the the information on Hotels.com was not entirely clear that the room we were in did not have its own bath. The write up said "shared bath" but the pictures for the room showed a bath and it appeared to be part of the room. Other than that, the room was nice, bed was very comfortable and the public areas very welcoming.

The glamping tent was clean, the bed was super comfortable and it’s such a lovely setting. We sat around a fire and watched the sun set behind the hills, ate a delicious meal at the bistro and had a quiet morning in the common space writing postcards. Didn’t want to leave! Hope to visit again sometime.

This is a lovely property in the gorgeous countryside. We stayed in the suite above the bistro and it was very cute, comfortable and clean. We had dinner in the bistro after we checked in. The food & cocktails were delicious and everyone was very friendly.

This is a magical place to stay in a beautiful country setting in Vermont. My room was charming, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The food at the Blackbird Bistro is delicious, and the coffee and smoothies at the Whetstone Cafe are delightful. I would absolutely stay here again.

very comfortable stay with easy entrance and restaurant below. it was weird doing dishes in the bathroom sink, but i appreciated the french press for morning coffee.

Relaxing Weekend Stay

A very relaxing, peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The check in process was simple and quick. I stayed in the Lichen room and the room was MASSIVE. I had the best sleep in years. Thank you Jessie and Lee from the Blackbird Bistro for the hospitality!

Cozy escape in VT

Such a little gem in the Vermont Countryside. Well appointed, clean and cozy space. I read by the flowing brook where there’s a deck, had dinner at the delicious restaurant on the property and enjoyed the sunset looking at the fields across from the B&B.

Quaint little cabin in the woods, with an amazing 360* view of woodlands and a sparkling lake. Comfortable beds with loads of blankets. Owners were convivial and very accommodating. Communication was excellent. We tried the onsite restaurant for dinner and it was outstanding. Great menu and ambiance. We hope to return again to experience the relaxing vibe this cabin emits.

Lovely quaint setting

We weren’t sure what to expect when we arrived, this place is very secluded. But as soon as we got there we were happy with the “apartment”. It’s very clean and the area is beautiful! Also the bistro has amazing food as well, just make sure to check theirs it’s open.

My favorite spot in VT! Located in a very sweet, rural town, the elegance of these suites will wrap you in luxury that’s not overdone. The Blackbird Bistro is right downstairs and serves the absolutely most delicious mocktails as well as cocktails and has something on the menu for everyone. I’m a nondrinker who’s after healthy and delicious while my partner enjoys a good old fashioned and comfort food. We both thoroughly our meals. Stay true to who you are Craftsbury Farmhouse! P.S. love the funky tunes during dinner hour ;)

We only spent one night but we loved our blue room. It had an extra living room and small kitchenette area. It was quite spacious for two and wood be on for 4 with small children. Unfortunately the bistro was not open the night we stayed so we couldn’t sample the food but a lovely owner showed us around in the morning. We were also bummed that the coffee shop is temporarily closed. We hope it’ll open back up and will add another cool factor to this unique accommodation.

Our room over the farmhouse was very spacious with a queen size bed and a second room with a large, old couch. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bistro and cafe were closed the night we were there and while we knew this going in this setup turned turned out to be a bit too remote on a cool, rainy night in Craftsbury. This became even more apparent without access to a TV. The listing said there was a hot tub on the premises but we couldn't find it. We never saw any staff during our stay.
