The concept of this hotel is so cute! They are very accepting of dogs, the renovated hotel part was cute and the mini homes are so adorable. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful!! We stayed in a renovated dog friendly suite which was super cute but definitely had some corners that were cut on the renovation. Some downsides were No plug in the bathrooms and the bed was awful, likely one of the most uncomfortable sleeps I’ve had in awhile. Also the hot tub was only open at 1pm so we were not able to use it in the morning. Overall staff made our trip as they were very friendly snc accommodating and the dog friendly suites were incredibly adorable but if you’re looking for a comfortable bed I’d look elsewhere.

I have stayed in this hotel during both the winter and summer seasons, and let me say that I would come back here every time I visit Fernie BC. The staff is always extremely welcoming and friendly. Frederica (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) was very helpful and very friendly. With a big smile on her face she told me all the summer activities that were happening during my stay. The room was very clean (as always) and the bed was like a dream! super comfortable to lay on after a long couple of hours of driving. The location of the hotel is on the main road but only a 5min drive to downtown Fernie, maybe a 7min walk if you take in the sites....which you will because Fernie is gorgeous! Now the best part is the hot tub. After a long day of site seeing, shopping and vibing around, what more can you ask for then a private, clean, quiet, hot tub. It starts with booking your private time slot and going in and enjoying every second! If you are looking for a low key, cozy, affordable, friendly, clean and all in all great hotel, then look no further than Hotel Snow Valley Lodging. Hats off to the staff!
