"Wow!!! Just WOW!!! What an amazing property (the pure history, renovation and the upgraded baths and full kitchen) and the host was equally impressive! This week followed an 8 day stay in Roma which was the perfect way to end our 2 week visit to Italy and Germany - the chaos of 100,000 tourists in a city of nearly 2 millions and the antithetical calming influence of Walluf and the Rhein River!!! The convenience of the Thai, Greek, Italian and German restaurants, the Backhaus Schröer - Fachgeschäft Bakery (they treated us as valued customers giving us free bread and treated us to free espresso and cappuccinos on our last morning visit!) and the calming nature of the Rhein River as we enjoyed the wine garden made for a relaxing finish to our first ever European Adventure! We will return!"
