「Overall good stay… Check-in process was a little confusing as the building has a couple different doors. Parking was a challenge. We weren’t happy with housekeeping. The first day we were asked if we needed more towels. I said no but I didn’t realize housekeeping wouldn’t come at all that day. The second day housekeeping came but didn’t change our bed sheets. My son got a bloody nose and it was still the same sheet used for his bed. Breakfast was good, but we would have liked some fruit as...

「Das Hotel war überhaupt nicht geöffnet. Unglaublich das man es überhaupt Buchen konnte für 140€ die Nacht. Anfahrt durch einen Wald über Schotterpisten. Dabei noch das Auto beschädigt. 」

「Room is clean and cosy. German style breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location which take 5-10min walk to old town Alstadt or mitte area or shops/restaurants. It is a 15min walk to hbf and thus suggested to take bus to n from hbf. Bus stop are just outside the hotel n 1min walk only. Carpark is available. 」

「房間舒適、安靜，有電梯、有冷暖空調，平日早上6點就可以吃早餐，地點好走路10分鐘到車站，15分鐘到百貨」

「房間內沒有吹風機，打電話到櫃檯和房務沒有人接，後來到平台上留言，再打一次電話到櫃檯，同時就有員工送過來了。 只是我剛好和櫃檯在講電話，這時員工以為房間內沒有人，就直接開門了，有一點嚇到。 不過整體來說房間乾淨，也很舒適，早餐也不錯。若有機會會再回訪」

IT IS GOOD TO PALY GOLF IF YOU HAVE TIME. IT IS COLD BUT I STILL SEE MANY PLAYER THEIR. I THINK IN SUMMER TIME, IT WILL BE PERFET TO STAY 1-2WEEKS THERE.」
