「Clean room, kind and friendly staff」

「We got a room on the second floor. But there is no elevator. Why not put us on the ground floor? The room was big enough for two double beds, but the one (king-size) bed was right next to the window and less than 1 door from the AC unit, making for chilly sleeping on that side, and oceans of space on the other side. So we used the too small blanket, which did not smell fresh. Actually, the room did not smell fresh. Especially the shower curtain, which smelled like stale towels. Breakfast was...

「The stay was fine as the front desk service was good. Toilet handle was bad and TV didn’t work.」

「No fresh food for four days. No counter service. Bed was ok, but no king size beds. Toilet did not fully flush. Sink cabinetry cracked. Toilet size for children. Room wall light did not work. Window curtain broken. No motel signage. Property not suited for general public. Smells bad. This motel needs to be bulldozed.」

「Carpet dirty, tub rust stains & drain mechanism missing, crickets in bathroom, could hear steps of people in room above us and music and voices of people next to us.」

「A great example of an historic motel. Maintenance and facility quality are lacking.」

「Under new management. He’s been working hard to get a rundown motel cleaned up. Still has a long way to go. My friend said his sheets had dirt and hair. My room was clean, except for the Smokey smell, that manager sprayed a deodorizer that helped. 」
