“My wife and I booked this rental for a quiet birthday getaway—our first time with this type of stay. Prior to arrival, the host communicated quickly, but after that we only heard from her once we arrived and learned VRBO had double-booked the property, which seems to be a not-uncommon occurance. We appreciated all the kitchen equipment so that we could prep and store some of our own meals, as well as the coffee! It was also interesting to visit the upstairs space, learning about the history of the library, & see some of Annemarie Mahler's art work on display!”
