“Very nice clean camper placed in a peaceful and large lot. Plenty of space for children or pets to run around. Camper was stocked with most of the utensils and dishes needed for a family to enjoy some meals. I suggested some baking pans. Host was terrific! Great quick communication. Hope to rent unit again from Julia”

“Mice droppings in many of the kitchen drawers Woke up to an overflowing toilet that flooded the entire camper. (The owner knew that a piece needed to be replaced upon our arrival and didn’t) The owners dogs runs freely amongst the camp sites and if your dog doesn’t gay along well with other dogs, I suggest you leave yours at home The 3 small kids that live there also roam freely. “We misunderstood the listing and thought there was a hot tub next to our trailer like the other units. Host was very accommodating to resolve any concerns regarding our misunderstanding and was more than willing to help ensure that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. We were very happy with the location and the quiet lodging area. Great space for families. Beautiful area, great communication from host. Would absolutely stay here again. Would be a cool location to book all 3 units for a family……

“The house was very clean and spacious for our group of 3. Our contact was courteous. The house location was great for Bell Smith Spring Trails. It’s not too far from the Garden of the rocks and the Rim Rock Trail. There was a small restaurant nearby in case travelers don’t want to cook. ”

“This is a beautiful home exactly as listed! Incredibly clean, modern, and well equipped. The beds were comfy and the deck was ideal for morning coffee and listening to the birds. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking or grilling at home. The hosts have thought of everything. This was the perfect location for our week of hiking, an easy drive to both Garden of the Gods and Little Grand Canyon. Plenty of wineries and restaurants close by as well. We will definitely be back 😊”
