「The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.」

「酒店離機場只需10分鐘車程，十分方便!酒店有簡單早餐提供，唯一美中不足的是酒店冷氣，有點弱！酒店員工十分友善，前枱櫃位員工用國語說出房間門號，十分可愛」

「超級差勁的飯店，整體給人的感覺糟透了。我們下午三點check-in的時候，給我們的房間居然還沒準備好，我們拿著房卡到了房間，還看到清潔人員在整理浴室，床單沒鋪好，枕頭套也沒套上。櫃檯人員也沒幫我們換房間，叫我們拖著行李站在走廊等候。進去房間之後，發現枕頭套上面有頭髮，浴室的沐浴乳也沒了，還好我們有自己帶沐浴乳。當天巴黎很熱，房間的空調是壞的，我們向櫃檯反應，第一次他說應該可以了，但是其實空調還是沒動靜。我又向櫃檯反應第二次，並要求換房間，結果櫃檯人員口氣很差，吼我並且說沒辦法，因為房間都是滿的，我們就只能繼續忍受高溫直到半夜才睡著。這真的是一個糟透了的經驗，以後我們再也不會來住這一家飯店了！ A Terrible Hotel Experience This was a horribly disappointing hotel — the overall experience was awful.
