「I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Baška is still a great place for a truly relaxing beach/outdoor vacation. We have always enjoyed the hiking trails, good food, and the many beaches. The images attached to the property are pretty much a lie, not related to the property at all but instead lifted from Google Maps for a beach that's half a kilometer away and currently closed. This really bummed me out as it was 23 degrees and perfect beach weather but I found out only after arriving that it doesn't open until June.
