"HCW was the perfect place for our group of 11 to stay for a long ski weekend. Close to the trails, spacious enough to accommodate a large group. We cooked most of our meals - the kitchen had everything we needed including two dishwashers and an endless supply of dishes so we never ran out. We enjoyed the hot tub, fireplaces inside and out, and the river view. Great communication with the host with recommendations and information about the surrounding areas. Will definitely come back next year. "

"I had a wonderful stay at the Lakeside lodge. This was my second time there. The rooms are clean. The balcony is towards the lake. The breakfast is ok. Nothing to talk about there. But the location is quite good. You can walk along the lake. The person at the reception Christian was very friendly and helpful."

"Maurine was great to work with! Her communication with us was top notch! Love the cabin! It’s beautiful inside and out! Rooms were clean and she has snacks out for us, which was a nice touch! I would definitely stay there again!!! 5 stars all the way! "

"The amenities in great condition. The host communicated a lot with the flooding in the area where the cabin is. The stairs are steep to the loft not a cabin for older people or people that don’t like stairs. The cabin seems to get a lot of snow compared to the surrounding area. The cabin was magical though and looked like a Hallmark movie cabin"

"Jane was such a caring host! She helped us find the safest route to get to the cabin and made sure we had everything that we needed! Never had such an amazing experience with a host until Jane! Nice to have a person who cares! The cabin was super cute and perfect for my husband and I! Overall we were very satisfied with our stay!"
