Spring Break 2025

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Larkspur. The location is ideally located within walking distance to all the restaurants/shops and the bus stop for skiing is very close.From an amenities standpoint, Larkspur has it all: from the kitchen to the bedrooms along with private hot tub; this place has it all. Our family would easily book at Academy Place again.

Great Stay - Modern Upgrades, Fantastic Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay, per usual. Academy Place is where you want to stay for convenience and high end finishes. Hot tub roof top will not disappoint.

Beautiful accommodations in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a lovely place for the gathering of our family who rented two units. It felt very fresh, clean and up to date in its vibe.The kitchens were well supplied for cooking with little extras provided like a bottle of counter spray to clean the counters, olive oil, salt and pepper, saran wrap, aluminum foil, and baggies. The location was super convenient with its location just a block from a great grocery store as well as one of the free shuttle stops. Also just a few blocks to the main drag with all the shops and restaurants. I would love to stay again.
