The Space:
This is a gorgeous custom home in the town of Crested Butte.  It backs up to Rainbow Park.  Easy to walk or ride anywhere you want within the town limits.  Its also 2 1/2 blocks to the free shuttle to the mountain that runs year round.  A perfect place for 2 families to enjoy their time in the area. The house is an "upside down house" which has the living spaces on the upper floors to capture the mountain views. 

Upon entering the house you will find yourself in a sizable mudroom, with stairs climbing to the second floor. On this first floor you will find 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a shared full bathroom.  There is a cozy media area perfect for the kids or the parents to enjoy time by themselves and a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.  The television in this area has Apple TV and you are welcome to use your own Netflix account.  Please note that this is the only tv in the house. You can access the garage and backyard beyond the laundry area.

Upstairs, you will find a beautiful great room with dining, living and the kitchen all together.  Immediately out the living room french doors is a deck with amazing views of the Mt Crested Butte and also views into Rainbow Park.  Also on this floor is the primary suite with a king sized bed and full bathroom complete with a soaker tub and separate shower.  There is a separate full bathroom right next to the kitchen.

On the third floor you will find a great kids loft with 1 twin bed and a queen bed.  There is also a desk/office area that is part of this area.  This room looks over the living room and kitchen but has quite a bit of privacy.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.

All of our properties have a 5 night minimum for the main summer of 6/26-8/8/2026 until 1/1/2026 at which point our minimum night stays will be reduced to 3 nights.

All guests much must be 30 and older to rent this house.  Children are always welcome with their parent or guardian.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.  

There is a garage space to store your bikes and gear. There is off street, outside parking only, for 2 vehicles located in the back alley on the east side of the garage. Any additional vehicles would need to be parked on the street in front of the property. These will need to pay attention to winter parking regulations and be moved daily.

No events or parties are allowed.
