In the summer, take advantage of the Evolution mountain biking park, or stroll through the Crested Butte town centre.

Keep clean with the shared laundry services. We recommend bringing a car to explore this area, and there is outdoor parking available on-site.

Please note that a $25 per day property fee, covering reservations fee, housekeeping, departure fee and in-room amenities will be applied to each reservation and needs to be paid upon checkin. CBMR is great to visit in any season, offering fun mountain activities for the whole group! At the end of a day outside, we recommend grabbing a tasty drink at the Avalanche Bar & Grill - they've got some great Happy Hour deals. If you're wanting to head into the main town centre, make sure to visit Lil's Sushi Bar & Grill. Pick up your groceries at Mountain Earth Whole Foods in town before heading to your rental in the mountains. If you're staying for a few days, we highly recommend checking out a show at the Center for the Arts Crested Butte!

We regret to notify you that the pool and hot tub will be temporarily inaccessible from April 10, 2023, until April 17, 2023, due to scheduled renovations. We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience as we continue to improve our facilities.
