A wonderful old house that has been renovated very well.Couldn't be more convenient for walking to restaurantsand shops.I would stay again.

This is in a perfect location along elk ave, quiet dead end street but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. The house is nicely maintained and the hot tub was great!

Crested Butte Family Gathering

We stayed here for a family gathering ties to a Colorado Western University graduation event. The space was great for our family that included 6 adults and two children. The kitchen was well-equipped and the extra space downstairs was perfect for our celebration. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the location was close to lots of fun things to do on Elk Street in CB!

Our house in Crested Butte was perfect. Great location, beautiful, very comfortable bedrooms. Everything we needed was available. Hope to stay there again in the future.

End of Elk Ave

The Home at the end of Elk Ave is the perfect location in town. Elk Ave is the main ave with restaurants & shops. I have been to CB for decades & have always stayed on the Mountain: Never again!! The free bus route to the Mountain is a 1 min walk and the shops/restaurants are only 2-4 minute walk. The location is ideal & the house is perfect for a family of 4+ or a group of friends with nice accommodations. We were well pleased. Dan S

Everything and more!

Not only is this the perfect location because we were able to walk to everything, including the Nordic Center and the shuttle to the mountain, but the property had everything we needed to enjoy our time there together. Top notch Wolf appliances along with a thoughtful selection of cooking and baking tools allowed for a great mix of cooking at home and eating out in local restaurants. The layout gives everyone space, but also encourages interaction- we loved spending time chatting around the fire, playing pool, hanging out in the hot tub while it snowed, find cozy reading nooks, and family movie night. I’ll be recommending this property to friends & family …and want to return for the Wildflower Festival! Communication was above and beyond!

Amazing place in great location!

Perfect house for family

The house was terrific for our stay with elderly parents and teenage kids. Nicely renovated and great size. The pool table was great fun for whole family in the evenings. So convenient for walks to everything in town and easy walk to ski shuttle too!

Fantastic!

Wanted to stay in town this trip and this house on Elk Ave was the perfect spot and host! We had an extended family trip with three generations and the amenities, house layout and location were absolutely spot on. Would highly recommend for family or a couples get away! Thanks for the experience.

Perfect family vacation

We were in Crested Butte for a family vacation with our kids and parents and sister. This house was big enough for all 7 of us to sleep/live comfortably, was completely adorable, sparkling clean, extremely charming, and steps away from the downtown shops of Crested Butte. We could hike and mountain bike seconds from our doorstep. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and I can't wait to return.

Friends Ski Trip

The house was awesome! Nice layout. Great appliances. Sonos sound system easy to use. Pool table and big screen TV in basement fun. Perfect location in town. Convenient and quiet. Super easy check in and property manager accessible. Great stay!

Posh and Perfect

This place was fabulous!! This was my family's third visit to CB for a ski vacation. We have tried other locations in CB and this location on Elk Ave was perfect. We could walk to the city bus which was one block away. Walking distance to the grocery store, shops and and restaurants on Elk Ave. The home was beautiful and clean. There were plenty of dishes, linens and quality sheets/bedding. Nice touches of lovely art work and home decor set this vrbo apart from many others we have visited. The property managers were above and beyond! (we had a cancelled flight and they were so helpful to us). The layout of the home was perfect. Thanks for sharing your property with us!

Wonderful house in good weather and bad

Great location - close to Kebler Pass and trails, in town, but quiet. But if the weather doesn't favor hiking or strolling around town, there's a pool table, multiple TVs and puzzles to pass the time pleasantly. We'll be back!

Great house in an amazing location

Very clean with a very functional kitchen in an amazing location. You can walk to restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, etc. which our group (2 families, all adults) loved. We went mountain biking and were able to walk to the bike shop and access awesome trails right from town. The hot tub was great after our days of hiking. This was our first visit to CB. We loved the town and our cozy home at 30 Elk! There were eight of us, two couples with our 4 adult daughters, and we were very comfortable with the bedroom and bathroom space. We all agreed, we’d love to rent this house again!

This home was perfect for us. Walking distance to everything in town, a block from the ski bus stop, a lovely hot tub and a fun basement. Had everything we needed.
