Great convenient location near Mt Crested Butte and the town of Crested Butte! Was our base location for late summer hiking in the area. Nice views of Mt Crested Butte from the front deck, and Washington Gulch Road to Forest Service land to the west. We have stayed in Horseshoe House before, and enjoyed it so we came back!

Great spot Close to Ski Area

Attended a ski industry summit and was happy with both being able to walk to the ski area or take an easy shuttle ride. Enjoyed being in a neighborhood not in a vacation condo complex. Great place to stay.

Great vacation home

We had a wonderful time in Crested Butte, loved the easy access to skiing, enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids, and had a great time playing in the snow just outside the back door.

Summer Getaway

The home was exactly as listed. Perfect for a family of 5 or six and the ease of the Town Shutlle made life very easy. Would certainly stay here again.

Girls Trip

Horseshoe House was very homey & comfortable. It met our needs well. The views were beautiful. Location to shops, restaurants, & hiking trails was very accessible. The free shuttle bus to town was an added plus. Very enjoyable stay.

Nice fall place

We had a lovely stay , hard to beat Crested Butte in the fall. Rental was a nice spot for the family. We where barley there but appreciated the proximity to trails and town. All easy access

Awesome house near Crested Butte

I stayed at this property with my 2 boys (one teen and one in college) for four nights for some skiing. We found the property to be very clean and comfortable. The free shuttle to the mountain was very convenient. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location!

We loved the location and the property. 2 bedrooms was perfect. There were a few minor things wrong but were addressed and I’m sure will be taken care of before the next guests arrive. We would definitely return to this property!

Cute place with great location to slopes!

Cute townhouse with great location to Mt Crested Butte! The bus picks up down the street and takes you straight to town or the mountain. The bunk bedroom is a little tight for adults but perfect for kids. The other two rooms are good for adults. The kitchen had supplies for cooking, nice towels and linens in rooms , parking for 2 cars!

Great Views

Having the living space on the upper floor offered great views both towards the ski area and west. This home was perfect for our annual CB ski trip. Easy to get to the ski area, an easy drive into town and comfortable when staying in.

Satisfied with a wonderful place

This property was nicer than the listing portrayed. The views were spectacular and the neighborhood was adorable. The house has two full bathrooms and three roomy bedrooms and a great kitchen for cooking pre adventures meals. The free shuttle to downtown Created Butte comes right to the neighborhood.

Great experience!

We loved staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable, plenty of space for our group of 6, well-stocked, and the communication from the property management company was excellent. The shuttle transportation to the ski hill was convenient and we loved having our own cute place to go back to at lunch and after the ski day. Highly recommend.

Spectacular View

Our family of 5 booked this property for a family ski trip. We've stayed in Pitchfork many times and think it's a great location because the bus is so convenient for going to town and for heading to the mountain. This place had one of the best views of any place we've stayed in Crested Butte! And the steam shower in the master bedroom was an unexpected bonus!

The property itself was as-advertised (clean, convenient, quiet, etc) and VERY close to the shuttle pickup (about a 1 minute walk). Mgmnt communication was outstanding and thoughtful.

Delayed Christmas Gift

The property was a perfect getaway. It was clean and comfortable. We had a question about the TV and were able to get help right away. The property is very close to the ski mountain and a simple drive into downtown. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great family stay in Pitchfork

We loved this place. We come to Crested Butte once or twice a year, and the Pitchfork area is our favorite in Mount Crested Butte. We say the 4th of July fireworks right from our balcony. The house layout worked well for our family of 5. Great access to mountain biking right from the house, without having to drive. It's a short, easy trip down to Crested Butte to enjoy the town. We'd stay here again!

Great Property and Location

This is a great for a family and in a great location. The property management is great at communicating and easy to work with. The shower in the master bathroom is AMAZING! Very close to the bus stop if you want to use it. Or to the primary parking area if you want to drive there. Be aware that a full-sized pickup won't fit in the garage but there is plenty of space for one in the driveway. If there is one thing I would add is a good number of coat hooks in the main hallway on the ground floor. A key rack near the front door would also be nice.
