Lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom townhome (duplex) in the heart of downtown Crested Butte. Conveniently located two blocks from downtown for dining, shopping and entertainment. The free shuttle stop across the street, offers access to Mt. Crested Butte where you will find world class skiing, boarding, hiking, and biking.
The home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms which sleeps six comfortably. The sunny second floor has a generous size kitchen, dining area, large comfy sectional with internet enabled TV plus, a large DVD collection for guests to choose from. A sunny deck off of the living room houses a grill and dining area complete with mountain views. There is a fully fenced backyard available to our guests. The yard is private and accessible from the house.
This property can be rented out together with the other side of the duplex, making the total bedrooms 6. Please reach out with any questions you may have.
Bedrooms are as follows: (1) Queen Bed, (1) Queen Bed, and (1) Twin Bunk bed.
**This property is pet friendly. Our pet policy is as follows: We allow up to two dogs in the property. There is a $250 refundable pet deposit and a $25 a day pet fee per dog. We do not allow cats.**
**We require one of two options for you regarding damage protection. We recommend you purchase damage protection for $55. This covers you for up to $3,000 in damages that could occur to the property during your stay. Or you can choose to pay a $1000 refundable damage deposit. When booking directly online please let us know in the notes which option you would like.**

Parking Plan: There are two uncovered parking spaces in the driveway. Any additional vehicles can park on the side streets. Please adhere to the winter parking rules and regulations. No parking overnight on Elk Ave.
