Modern and new renovation, close to everything in the base area, hot tub

This newly renovated unit in the Emmons Building is completely available and unshared for your stay in Crested Butte. It includes 1 bedroom and a queen sized pull out couch to sleep up to 4 people. There are 2 balconies, one off the bedroom and one off the living room. The Emmons building is centrally located in the Mt Crested Butte base area. Access the Red Lady and Silverqueen lifts in less than 1 minute from your front door.

The Emmons Building includes shared laundry facilities on the lower level that are coin-operated and is accessible with a code provided in the condo. There is a change machine located in the transportation center at Mountaineer Square.

PARKING: Only 1 vehicle is permitted to park on site, in designated lot.

Each unit in Emmons is only allowed one parking permit, therefore only one legal car allowed to park in that lot. It is first come, first serve. Unfortunately, trialers, RV's or any recreational vehicles are not allowed in either the lot or the overflow parking areas.

Please note that there are 4 flights of stairs up to this unit and no elevator.

The bedroom includes a workspace with an Uplift standing desk, 35 inch ultra wide monitor, and microphone.

The kitchen includes everything for your cooking needs such as an induction cooktop, All Clad cookware, Oxo cooking utensils, and a variety of small appliances. Coffee/Tea supplies include a Chemex, French Coffee Press, Ninja Duo Pro(K-cup), and a Bodum coffee bean grinder.

The living room includes a 65 inch LG 4K OLED TV. There is also free streaming services such as Amazon Prime, Amazon Luna(gaming), Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, and Hulu.

The bathroom includes a walk in shower with a rain fall shower head (plus standard shower head). Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sunscreen, toothpaste, and mouth wash are also provided in single use packaging for the guests use.

Each of the balconies include tables and seating. There is also a propane grill on the front balcony for guest use.

HOT TUB UPDATE: The Emmons building hot tub along with many of the hot tubs in Mt Crested Butte condos managed by Crested Butte Lodging will begin to close in late September or early October. We will update our listing when the exact date is decided. An alternative option is to purchase a day($35), week($70), or month($120) membership at the Elevations Hotel Gym and Spa. This membership provides access to a steam room, sauna, pool, several hot tubs, and the gym.
