The great room has vaulted ceilings and a huge 75" TV if you need to catch your favorite team playing. The gas fireplace is great to kick on and cozy up to with a good book or just take a nap on one of the oversized couches. In fact, at night, one of them converts to a queen size sleeper sofa bumping the sleeping capacity up to 10 for this home. Adjoining the great room on the main level is a full bath. The kitchen is large enough for all the cooks and storing that perfect bottle of wine is no problem with the dedicated wine fridge. The dining table and bar seating accommodates everyone for that end of day meal where stories are sure to be told!
When it's time for bed all the bedrooms are downstairs below street level where it's nice and quiet to get a good night's rest. The master bedroom with king bed and oversized TV is hard to get out of in the morning. The attached en-suite bath has a large soaking tub, shower, and dual vanities. Across the hall are two bedrooms that share a full bath between them. One has a comfy queen bed and the other has two sets of bunks which are double on the bottom and twin on the top.
In the summer this home is only a stone's throw away from the rec path to bike all the way down to town or up to Gothic and in the winter, you only have to request the free shuttle on your First Tracks app and get picked up at your door to go skiing!
