Great property in good location. The property was clean, good linens and loved the fireplace. I would come back. The kitchen could be better equipped. There was only the basics, no pancake flipper and silverware for 3-4.

Great spot for skiing

This spot was great for getting to the slopes. My daughters loved being able to swim after skiing. The kitchen had everything we needed. There we six of us and there was plenty of room to spread out.

Perfect property for our family of 4. The condo had everything we needed and the shuttle was so handy. Two minute drive to the base. Hot tub and pool were enjoyed after a day on the slopes.

Very clean. The garbage disposal stopped working but Alpine Properties fixed it immediately. The location was great. The master bed was quite stiff but doable.

Good location close to base. Can walk or ride shuttle. Fireplace and free firewood was nice. Property could be a little cleaner but overall was pretty good for what we needed. I didn’t appreciate the massive sticker that was put on my car within minutes of arrival prior to me putting the parking tag in the car.

Red Paintbrush is a Winner

This is the second time I have stayed in this condo. I will definitely book here again and again if it is available on my next trips to CB. It is perfect for our family of 3 and sometimes 4. It's close to the shuttle and it's first floor location eliminates any steps for us midwesterners who struggle with altitude in the beginning. Highly recommend this condo!!

Super Fun Girls Trip
