Keystone-302 is beautifully renovated and redecorated. It is a perfect place to retreat with family and friends. Well-equipped and open to the living space, the kitchen is a great spot to enjoy company. The warm and inviting living room has plenty of comfortable, deep seating. Enjoy the views of the mountains or a burning fire in the stone, wood-burning fireplace. Each of the bedrooms is spacious, and all have new beds, bedding, and mattresses.

Downstairs, there is a lovely master bedroom with a king bed that was custom made in Crested Butte. This bedroom also has a TV. The second king bedroom features a bed that has a cowhide headboard and turquoise bed posts, also made locally – giving it a unique Crested Butte flair. The third bedroom downstairs has two twin beds. The upstairs area has a bedroom with two twin beds, and the loft has two queen beds, which also includes a TV nook and club chairs.

Getting out the door to ski is quick and simple, this condo is on the mountain side within the Keystone complex, making it an easy ski down to the West Wall lift.

NOTE: Hot Tub is indoor and only open during ski season! BBQ grills are snowed in during winter. Ski-in/ski-out access typically begins around late December, depending on snowfall. We also have a free shuttle that can drop you at the base in ski season!

There is one flight of stairs to access K-302.
There are two parking spaces available for guests.

Please note: There is no AC in this condo. There is no elevator on the premises. The balcony/deck area is a shared space.

Please NOTE: Our condo complex is located in the high country of the Rocky Mountains. During winter, weather can change abruptly and road conditions can and will get treacherous. Please winterize your vehicle. Often, AWD or 4WD alone is not enough!! To get to our location, we strongly recommend one of the following: snow tires or chains for your tires.

Dog Friendly
Guests are required to inform the office/host and pay a non-refundable pet fee if they plan to bring a dog.
Dogs must be at least one year of age to stay. Two dog max per condo.
Please use the provided dog sheets for the furniture! Guests are responsible for any and all property damage/extra cleaning.

The Keystone building has great ski-in/out access - perfect for beginners. Your condo is by the West Wall lift. A short walk, skis on, and you are on the slopes! At the end of the day, just ski down back to the building.

On-site office and staff make it easy to check-in/out and answer any questions that arise during your stay. We have our own private shuttle service that is free with your stay. The shuttle runs daily during the ski season from 8:00 a.m. until midnight. During peak summer, the shuttle runs 4:00 p.m. - midnight, Fridays and Saturdays. They’ll even pick up and drop off right outside your condo! During the winter, you can enjoy a soak in the indoor hot tub, located on the first floor of each building. Sign up for private 30-minute soaks. The sauna is open year round. Each building has 2 coin-operated washers and dryers for guest use.
