Great location for multiple couples

The property was wonderfully equipped and decorated. It held multiple couples with enough room. The view of the Butte was absolutely stunning. The kitchen was well outfitted as well! There was a bit of a challenge with multiple cars and parking passes available. That’s more of a city issue versus the property itself.Nice proximity to the resort. Just a quick walk downhill.

Large, well-appointed property in a great location

We had a great stay. The condo was lovely with room for all 10 of us to comfortably spread out. The condo was furnished beautifully and the kitchen very well equipped. And, the location was perfect. Gorgeous views and a short walk to the lifts.

Spring break ski

The condo is in a fantastic location, clean and well appointed. Walking distance to ski lifts and local places to eat near the slopes. We had 6 adults and were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Great CB condo

Great stay near base

Great home for a group. Clean, cute, well facilitated. A bit chilly this weekend to spend much time in the balconies, but the view out of them was beautiful. 7 min walk to the base / lifts as well as the shuttle into town made everything easy.

Perfect Place

This condo is amazing. The location is great, it’s decorated well and the layout was perfect. By far one of our favorite places we have stayed in CB. The house is warm and cozy while giving you all the space 2 families needed! We could walk to the slopes and were able to stay at the house to watch the fireworks, torch parade and see our group come/go to the slope (great when you have a large group that all ski different amounts.)

Ponderosa Condo at Crested Butte

This is an extraordinarily well furnished and equipped condo unit. Two bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs and two on main level. The living and dining room is very comfortable and features a large dining table for group meals. The unit has spectacular views of the ski resort mountain and is a flat 5 minute walk to the lifts. We enjoyed the sunny afternoons socializing on the decks during our March stay. The community hot tub is conveniently located and also has stunning views of the mountain and resort. Garage parking is provided for one vehicle and a second in the open lot.

New Year's in CB with 7 adults

The location, and the pricing, 4 bedrooms/4 baths is why we rented this property. Unfortunately for the owners are probably unaware that the cleanliness of the condo is questionable. The bathrooms had body hair from previous guests on the floors, the pan lids were put back in the cupboards without being washed. The bath towels were in desperate need of a good bleaching and there was a layer of dust on all surfaces. This property needs a deep clean. The other issue is seating in the living area. There is enough seating for 6. This Condo can sleep 12. On the other hand the selection and amount of cookware, serving pieces, dinnerware and glassware is wonderful. There were 2 decent quality knives that had the tips broken off but otherwise well appointed kitchen! Great parking, easy access, really great views! Fix the cleanliness issues and it's a great place rent.

Here’s the deal.....

Luckily, it was the people that made this trip awesome. We are two families traveling together, back to CB after being sent home last spring break. This has been my family’s 7th year in a row to spend spring break at Mt. CB. And the other families 4th time. The condo was clean in reference to countertops, trash empty, beds made, etc. We did happen to check in 1.5hrs before check in (which was rule breaking but we had 6 kids going bonkers and no where else to go during the snow storm). Since checking in early, we lacked toilet paper. The property manger group had toilet paper and paper towels delivered promptly to us. Either way, here’s the deal....the condo’s furnishing are extremely worn out. No one in their right mind would spend THOUSANDS of dollars to stay in a place with multiple floor rugs that have holes worn in them the size of Texas. The carpets in the bedrooms and on the stairs are stained, as if they have never been cleaned. The furniture pillows have to be 20 years old, flattened and stained. Furniture through out the condo, old and deemed “antique” when I told the property manager of one bedrooms dresser that would probably fall to pieces if used! Bath towels also stained. This placed needs a basic rental property refresh! Personal owner photos were up around the whole condo. Too much “stuff” occupying space in this condo. The location and views are amazing!! Had we been able to see the unit before renting, we would have never stayed there. With a basic refresh, this place would be worth it.

This condo is as close as you can get to a ski in ski out location without being a true ski in ski out . The condo is fabulous . We all had plenty of room to be together or have individual time . The decor is perfect ! The only thing I would say is label the microwave cabinet door .

Wonderful stay in a great location

We enjoyed our stay so much at this lovely condo. We were an easy walk to the lift and there was a shoveler and lockers nearby. The condo was very clean and had comfortable beds. We appreciated the host including plenty of supplies like toilet paper, paper towels and lots of towels. Having plenty of comfortable furniture in the living area allowed us all a place to sit.

Perfect vacation home!!

This condo was the perfect getaway home for our group of four couples. We each had our own bedroom with plenty or privacy, and the kitchen, dining room, living room and outdoor spaces easily accommodated all of us. The kitchen was stocked with literally everything we needed for cooking and entertaining. We loved how quiet the location was, the views, comfort of the condo, and the perfect location (only a few minute walk to the base of the ski mountain and hiking/biking trails) Communication with the owners was easy, and they provided so much helpful information about the area. We will definitely be back next year!!

Excellent location, comfortable space for a ski weekend

This property was exactly what we needed for a late season ski weekend in crested butte. The location is excellent, less than a 10 minute walk to the ski lifts and bus stop to town. The living room and master bedroom look directly out to the mountain, great views! Check in/out we’re easy, and the details provided by the management company were very helpful. The only issue we encountered was the dishwasher was not functional. I would definitely recommend this property, and be happy to stay here again myself.
