Summary:
3BR/2BA, full size washer and dryer, hot tub, tennis, on shuttle route. Parking for 3 cars.
The Space:
This is a remodeled 3BR/2BA Outrun condo that is right near the heart of the action in Mt. Crested Butte with great views of the resort. The complex itself hosts a free shuttle stop right in front of the condominiums for easy access to town or the slopes and it also has an outdoor hot tub. This is a truly great place to call home for a long weekend or a few weeks!
This newly renovated condo hosts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths with new furniture throughout. It is on the 3rd floor of the building which allows you incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Once inside the unit all living is on 1 level with no more stairs to climb. The condo has a nice warm open floor plan which integrates the kitchen, living and dining space into one. Cathedral ceilings in the living and dining area give it a nice mountain feel. Warm up after a long day in the mountains in front of the wood burning fireplace while you enjoy the big screen TV in the living room.
The kitchen was completely renovated and features granite, new cabinets and new appliances along with 3 bar seats to go with the large dining area that seats 6. Off of the living and dining area you can access the balcony which has incredible views of the ski area and surrounding mountains. There is a communal gas grill by the hot tub.
All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.
The unit has everything needed for guests with small children, including a high-chair, pack-n-play, toys and children's books.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a small balcony off of it. It also has an ensuite newly renovated bathroom featuring a natural stone shower and heated floors.
The first guest bedroom has a double bed in it and the 2nd guest bedroom has 2 twins. These 2 bedrooms share a beautifully renovated bathroom with a tub and shower. This bathroom also features heated floors.
A new full sized washer and dryer are also in the unit for your use and all baseboard heaters in the condo were replaced this summer.
The outdoor hot tub, gas grill and tennis courts are just a few steps away and are for guest use. The hot tub is one of the few open year round (including off-season). Tennis is of course also seasonal from Summer to Fall.
The free shuttle to the base area stops every 20 minutes next to the Outrun Condos parking lot in the winter. The ski lifts are a short 10 minute walk from the unit.
Guests that are 25 years or older are welcome. Guests under 25 are welcome with their parents or guardians.
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
This property is not pet friendly.
Firewood is in the garage, help yourself!
The condo has high-speed wifi and cable.

Parking for Outrun Condominiums – You may park ONE vehicle in the garage and TWO vehicles in the parking lot with parking passes. You will find the parking passes in the condo. Please return these to the condo. Failure to do so will incur a $25 fee per pass for replacement.
Not more than two motor vehicles shall be kept, maintained or allowed on the property of Out Run Condominiums for each condominium unit (rental or non-rental,) without the prior written permission of the Board of Directors. No motor vehicle shall remain parked upon the property of the Out Run Condominiums unless the same is in good working condition and used for actual transportation, and in no event may vehicles of any nature be parked in the parking area for more than two weeks continuously without the permission of the Board of Directors or Managing Agent. Following any substantial snowfall, all owners of motor vehicles shall, upon request, remove the same from the parking area during snow removal operations. Anyone having extra vehicles must check with the management office to determine where to park the extra vehicle. Non-compliance with any of the motor vehicle regulations may subject the offending vehicle to towing at the owner’s expense. No trailer parking is available.

Check-in instructions to include key codes will be sent to you 3 days prior to your arrival by email after 4 pm MST.
The Neighborhood:
The Outrun Condos are located just north of the Three Seasons and Chateaux complexes. They have an outside community hot tub and all units have garages. You could walk to the base area in about 10 min but you can easily take the shuttle that stops just outside the Aspen bldg parking lot.
