When I first got there, i waited 15-20 minutes for someone to come to the front counter. Knocked on the counter, the multiple doors(2 of which were off the hinges leaning against a wall), there was so much stuff on the counter you could barely see the counter top, then when he came to the desk finally there was no acknowledgement of the situation, just a “here’s your keys. Have a good night”. I got to my room, the floors were filthy, the sheets were disgusting, the pillows the same, there was hair all over the shower AND i had no towels to dry off with. There was also no toilet paper. Overall terrible service. Will never go back.

Roaches in the hotel, dead and alive, broken items and the sheets seemed dirty. The guy in the night to book you in no customer skills at all, but the morning guy was good and apologize for the mishaps

6.1.26/8.30p - If I was traveling with my kids, I would not have chosen here. While it's conveniently located off i10 and surrounded by a good variety of eateries it was loaded with work crews and folks hanging out all night. however, it was decent enough for me to shelter from the storm and I got a few hours of sleep. That armchair needs to go in the nearest trash bin! And I appreciate the hard floors over carpet.

Yes! Nice to have so many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Room was fairly quiet, despite roadwork going on all night right outside the hotel. Room was clean. Sink faucet was wonky and had an overspray. Breakfast was very meager… coffee, no creamer, o.j., and waffles.

This hotel was probably built in the 1980s as far as sleeping you can sleep. They had the room clean, but the soap they use for the floors make you stick to them. You can tell that they clean it though, people in and out constantly, but nothing was stolen out of my car and I had a lot of suitcases in my car at the time so overall, I’d give it a 2 1/2. Breakfast is waffles the morning staff, the lady that was behind the counter not very polite very rude never even recognized the family when we came in the door not very helpful at all and this shouldn’t be considered a continental breakfast because that is a choice of at least two things you do not have that choice you have waffles no fruit just syrup

The floor and walls were wet from the a/c turned down so low. I used a towel to wipe the water off the floor and it looked liked the floor had never been mopped. The bathroom fixtures were broken and the tub was marked from burn marks. The toilet paper roll was so wet from condensation it was not usable. I walk with a cane and the room was not safe to stay in.

I want our money back from this place it's wasn't worth it and for me using this app for the first time and first time booking this was absolutely horrible and the second night we was there someone was in our room because our door was opened we left 6:03am and was gone till 8pm and according to the staff if we wanted housekeeping we have to ask for it (which we didnt) i have tons of photos of how nasty our room was
