「Although this is not a high end property, it is ideal for anyone wanting somewhere to stay when visiting the Co-op live arena or the Etihad stadium, an the free parking is a bonus. It was around a 10 minute walk to the arena. The stairs are very steep and narrow and care is needed coming down them.
