Pool area has a lovely atmosphere with grape vines above sun beds with ample opportunity to move into full sun if that is what you want. All the staff we met were incredibly friendly.」

Breakfast was delicious, the grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, and the pool made for a very relaxing stay. There are also massages available on the property, which added to the experience. Overall, superb quality and highly recommended for a peaceful countryside getaway.」

The property itself is beautiful — the infrastructure is gorgeous, the staff are extremely friendly, the amenities are genuinely useful, and the restaurant is outstanding. The hotel sits outside the small towns of Puglia rather than inside one of them, so you'll need a car to get around. Honestly, though, I think that's the best way to experience the region — staying in one of the small towns means very limited availability, whereas a hotel like this puts you...
