This place is incredible for families! It has 2 big play areas, indoor and outdoor pools and eating areas. The food is very good and the service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond.

Resort was friendly and clean. The pools were nice. The beds are extremely hard and not comfortable to sleep on and the mixed alcohol options are extremely limited. The shower was very small and difficult to move around in. There was a lot of loud kids outside in the early morning which makes it hard for people to sleep who have jetlag.

Staff in particular christina was amazing. Very friendly very helpful. Anything you were unsure of , places to visit she advised and was never wrong. Only thing we noticed that was a little off putting was that the change over of staff were quite frequent with no form of pattern. Was hoping to see christina before we left but never managed too.

Property was great and spacious with playground for children. Food was good especially the breakfast and staff offered good service Two elements for improvement: 1. Parking space, only a few parking spots available to park 2. No elevator or bell boy to help with luggage’s , could be a problem for older people, no cares either.

Great place to stay

This is a great place for families. So many awesome activities are available for families. Our little kids loved it. Wish we could have stayed a few extra days.Hard liquor and easily accessible snacks in the room are nice, but within reach of little children is not a very good idea. Free and easy parking is great. The breakfast is excellent.

Cornel is one of the waiters staffing the restaurant for several years and is absolutely great, always paying attention to the customer needs. Highly recommend the place, we keep going back year after year.

High quality service, very professional staff and overall you don't feel like going home. I don't remember exactly the name (hope I got it right), but Costel was wonderful, so attentive and happy to help with anything. Our stay was excellent from when we checked in to the check out

Guter Landesstandard, nicht ganz billig.

Obwohl ein Doppelbett und ein Zustellbett (extra 15€ bezahlt) bestellt und auch bestätigt waren, war das Zustellbett lediglich am Gang im EG gestanden. (Zimmer OG) wir kamen um ca 21.20 Uhr an. Checkin. Die Dame an der Rezeption fragte ob wir beim Tragen des Bettes ins Zimmer helfen können. Es hat sich dann doch ein Angestellter geopfert. Das Restaurant schliesst um 21.30 (letzte Bestellung) obwohl wir um 21.20 da waren wurde darauf hingewiesen es wäre zu spät jetzt noch etwas zu bestellen. Ein tüchtiger Gastronom oder Hotelbetreiber hätte gesagt diese drei Sachen bietet die kleine Küche noch. Man hat es trotz niedriger Gehälter und hoher Arbeitslosigkeit nicht nötig. Frühstück war in Ordnung, die dröhnende durchaus gute Loungemusik habe ich selber leiser gestellt. Highlight war der Pool. Auch bier wurde sofort hingewiesen dass um 22.00 Uhr Schluss sei. Es gibt sicher günstigere, gleichwertige Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten dennoch eine Empfehlung.

Avoid.

Booked a deluxe suite, arrived late on the evening and they greeted me by saying they have no rooms left cause they overbooked. Okay, mistakes happen... expect on multiple booking services it seemed they still had rooms left. I had paid already and they (both the clerk and the general manager we called) assured me I'll be refunded promptly and I need nothing in writing from them, things will take care of themselves. Sure... expect they don't reply to the multiple calls/emails from Hotels.com and don't seem to even intend to refund me. How surprising. 5-Star service? No, far from it. What it's worth, the place looked nice, but not nearly as nice as in the pictures. Avoid, there's plenty of better stuff around.
