“I really enjoyed Cincinnati and staying at Cosy Suites. I was there for a conference so it was lovely to have a kitchette to have breakfast & snacks there after a busy day. “The house was very clean with updated bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances and memory foam mattresses. The manager, Gregory, was very easy to work with and arranged for a repair man to come change out some lightbulbs that had burned out in the upstairs bathroom and master bedroom. "We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
