「I didnt like the bed bugs, or how the owner, rather than dealing with them and refunding, instead claimed i was lying, then that i brought them (this was my first hotel after coming from my home) refused to refund and made me crawl through hoops with expedia to resolve. Thankfully i had kept my luggage closed the first night, and was able to heat treat it upon booking to another hotel in the area after checking out immediately...」

「It was great. Elisabeth was very helpful and let us check in early as we arrived early in the day. The location was great - it was just off from the Piazza and was close to lots of restaurants, bars and a taxi rank. I would stay again - the aircon was also a blessing!」

「It's not a hotel but newly decorated rooms on tbe 2nd and 3rd floors of a normal building. The room and the bed are big and comfortable. It's a pity it's noisy from the traffic outside as there is no double window. It's very near the station on foot. I arrived before check-in time and they let me leave my luggage in the room as it as ready, which was very kind.」
