One was with guests the other was working on the computer and failed to acknowledge us for several minutes. Hotel is a bit shabby but still a nice place for the value. No bikes, which was disappointing because they have pix of bikes. Could not adjust heater other than opening window.

The apartment was beautifully furnished and the location was perfect, with gorgeous views of the cathedral across the street. Treviso is a lovely small, walkable city. The hosts were very responsive.
