"We reserved 2 rooms and were not even given 2 rooms in the same building. Clerk would not try to put the rooms closer together. Rooms were sparsely furnished, skimped on towels. Trash bins outside the rooms were overflowing . Thermostat in room was set at 60 degrees...room was freezing!"
