“Terribly disapointed in this property. Description on Hotels.com was very deceptive, consequently did not warrant the price we had to pay. Too many things to go into detail. Will never return.”

“BUG INFESTATION (INCL THE BED) AND NO RUNNING WATER We booked a suite, by far the most expensive accommodation in the area, and could not have anticipated that we would spend the first night in a room filled with bugs, 2 of the 3 days without any running water and no hot water for the entire stay. We advised the hotel of the bugs in the room. They claimed that they fumigated every day (a concern in itself- why is fumigation necessary every day if the hotel is kept clean?), and that they would……

“We had a very nice stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The manager, Vishnu, made sure that we had everything we needed. We were upgraded to the presidential suite, which was very spacious. A large sitting room contained a couch and two love seats and a tv and refrigerator. The bedroom also included a tv and small table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and tub. The pool was very nice in the garden outside. We were taken care of at this hotel and would happily return.”

“Very bad experience, my friend was robbed of her value (not much fortunately) forgotten in a wallet, left in the room during the cleaning while we were away. That was undoubtedly a theft, cause the thief left a small size banknote dripping from the wallet. And, most awful and without any comprehension for what happened, we didn’t get any apologies of any kind. Poor staff and rude management. Also, the water of the swimming pool was green… Please do yourself a favor, stay away from this resort……

“We recently had a weekend getaway with family including young child, it was perfect. Resort had alll amenities for a relaxing getaway. Complimentary buffet breakfast had wide variety which was delicious. Everything we ate from the two resort restaurants was delicious. The pool is on the smaller side but clean with lifeguard available. The beach view is the highlight. There were private weddings and event happening on the beach side which kept environment lively. Private beach access basically……
