“This beautiful palazzo in a small remote medieval town nestled in the hills, but also close to the coast was the perfect location for our group of 20 people. The accommodation was very clean and spacious, with multiple kitchens and large living areas, perfect for group get togethers. The garden and pool area were lovely. A local bar was nearby for meals, morning coffees and pastries, with shopping about 20 minutes drive to Aulla. The communication with Mirella prior to our arrival and during……

“we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love……

“I was in Modena for 5 days on business and had a rental car so I could get back and forth to a work location. Hotel has been recently refurbished and looks brand new. Excellent restaurant. Other hotels are closer to tourist attractions but Modena is not that big. This hotel is superb and delivers great value for money.”

“Sound insulation is bad whever people passing corridor and closing door. When next door closing their toilet door, the ceiling sounds and move a bit. Otherwise the service and staff are nice.”

“We stayed 13 days, everything was fine! The one suggestion is the breakfast should change every 5days or 7 days because I had same meals for 13days!”

“The hotel is far away from the town. The map they offered was wrong! (It is located at, Via Naviglio Alto, NOT Via Naviglio Paganini.) After taking off the bus, you have to walk 15-20 min before reach the hotel. The free bikes are very limitted. I did not get any one during my stay.”

Conveniently located just outside the station, comfortable, clean, with a spacious room and a large bed, and a nice lounge where you can spend the evening sipping on a hot drink bought at the machine for just 50 cents. Breakfast is good too, and the breakfast waitresses so nice. Receptionists are nice and efficient too.”
