「The room smelt very badly of damp and the walls were very stained. The smell was so bad it caused breathing problems. I was unable to stay in it as it was causing me to wheeze. The owner wasn't present and so j had to wait for his return. He said he was unable to provide another room and would refund the money....I'm still waiting, that was 3 weeks or more ago」
